Returns & Refunds

We truly believe that you will love our products. And because customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we want to make sure you have a great shopping experience with us. If you need to return a product, we are here to support you.

Please read our standard return policy. Products purchased at Pansnap Music can be returned for full refund only if they meet all the conditions below:

  • You have 5 calendar days to return a product from the day you received it. Contact Pansnap Music via email within that timeframe to coordinate the return.
  • Item(s) returned must be in the original packaging and undamaged.
  • The product(s) you’re returning must be repackaged with all the accessories, auxiliary items and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges at return.
  • Refund will be processed on the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after returned item(s) is/are processed, inspected and restocked.
  • All sales are final for products sold at discounted prices.

If your drum is damaged during transit, and you signed at delivery, contact Pansnap Music immediately via email at support@pansnapmusic.com to communicate the issue. In your email, please add pictures or a video of the damaged drum, and we will coordinate the return appropriately according the Return & Refund Policy above.
